너무도 공감이 되는 내용이여서 흔적을 남겨봅니다.
개개인 스스로가 일에 만족을 가지고 창의성을 발휘할때, 회사나 개인 모두가 최고의 결과가 나올 수 있다라는 것을 논리적이고 사례 중심적으로 너무도 잘 설명하고 있는 내용입니다.

IBM Korea 의 현 모습은 이와는 반대되게 성과 결과만을 가지고 당근과 채찍을 휘두르는고만 있는듯 보여 안타까움과 아쉬움이 교차합니다. 고객에게 Innovation을 강조하는 기업인 만큼 내부적인 변화가 더욱 필요할 듯 싶습니다.
